Behind the scenes entitled "Enlightenment" , "What Next?" and the beginning of "Aliester and En'Kara meet the Homeless Priest" from the movie "Shadow Beings". We were shooting the later two scenes first because we were waiting for Katie and Heather to show up. Of course, this is only a small portion of the day as the fight sequence isn't shown. I won't give too much away... watch the movie.
     The Enlightenment scene was my nightmare scene. It seemed simple enough however we couldn't get any rehearsals in and I really needed two more days at this location. You may notice the way I was shooting, having the actors say all their lines per camera angle instead of going through the lines of all the actors. It is obvious in the final cut that this technique didn't work. I shot this way thinking it would save time, yet I still needed two more shoots. The fight sequence (not shown) was terrible. Sorry to those who have seen it.
     Seen in this BTS are the writer/director Charles Bryan, production lighting guy Kurt Fillmore and production sound guy Doug Faxon. Evan Johnson is playing the part of Brien. Katie Reynolds is playing the part of Natasha. Tracie Minkoff (long brunette hair) is playing the part of En'Kara, Heather Haycock (in the blue jeans) is playing Kat, and Paul Martinez (white shirt) is playing Aliester. Also, Scott Greenwood who shot the behind-the-scenes footage and helped as a grip.
   The camera was a Panasonic something which, along with the rest of the equipment, was checked-out from the Community Media Center of Santa Rosa, CA.
